The Happiness Bootcamp offers both workshops and training days to the public, schools, business and private hire, teaching about all elements of mental health, with a complete twist. This is not your normal lecture, this is interactive, enjoyable and allows for maximal understanding, allowing everyone to leave feeling inspired.
The Happiness Bootcamp provides public workshops on a variety of topics:
Anxiety and Stress
Eating Disorders and BDD
Low Mood and Depression
Exercise and Nutrition
and many more.
These 2-3 hour workshops are like nothing seen before. They allow people to enter alone but leave as part of a community with a new found confidence. Each workshop uses interactive fitness sessions (Yoga, Pop Pilates, Mediation etc) to provide knowledge and an understanding of our bodies. The session’s are filled with scientific knowledge and a non-judgemental approach to mental health to help everyone understand how they feel.
The Happiness Bootcamp provides training days to schools, business, the public and to private hire to help more people understand mental health. These can cover a variety of topics:
How to spot the signs of mental health
How to speak to young people about Mental Health
Self-harm and suicide
How to bring fitness and exercise successfully into the work place
Understanding anxiety and stress
Understanding low mood and depression
and many more.
These half a day to full day training days can be taken into any schools (from year 8 and above), business, teacher days or even for private hire, to help more people gain an understanding of metal health. These training days are adaptable to all ages and context and have been delivered already to everyone from year 8’s to corporate businesses. These training days use interactive learning, role play, exercise techniques and natural healing to teach and educate without being thrown a book.
